Some Railway/Avalanche Photos From 1935
My grandfather, P.C.Lindsay, was an engineer for the Canadian Pacific
Railway. He drove steam locomotives over Rogers' Pass, which is in
the Rockies, just west of Banff.
I found these pictures in the family archives. It shows one of the
avalanches, and you can see why so many people got killed there.
